Welcome to PrezziePop (“we”, “us”, “our”). By creating an account or using our platform at prezziepop.com (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. What PrezziePop Does

PrezziePop helps Australian families track gifts, manage party guest lists, and share digital invitations. We are a gift ecosystem — not an event management or logistics platform.

2. Your Account

  • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
  • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
  • One person or household per account. Do not share accounts with unrelated third parties.
  • You may store information about minors (e.g. your children’s names, birthdays, and interests) for the purpose of gift tracking and party planning. You represent that you have parental authority to do so.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
  • Upload harmful, offensive, or misleading content.
  • Attempt to access other users’ data or interfere with the Service’s operation.
  • Scrape, crawl, or automate access to the Service without our written permission.
  • Use invite links to spam or harass recipients.

4. Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you upload (photos, notes, contact details). By uploading content, you grant us a limited licence to store, display, and process it solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. We do not sell your content or use it for advertising.

5. Guest Data

When you add contacts and guests, you are the data controller for that information. You represent that you have the consent or a reasonable basis to store their names, phone numbers, and email addresses for party and gift management purposes. Guests who receive invite links can see only the party details and gift list you have chosen to share.

6. Invitations & Communications

We may send SMS messages or emails on your behalf to guests you have explicitly invited. These communications will identify you as the sender. Standard messaging rates from your carrier may apply. We are not responsible for undelivered messages due to incorrect contact details.

7. Paid Features

Certain features (such as bulk SMS invitations) may require payment. Prices will be clearly displayed before purchase. Payments are processed securely through third-party providers. Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact us at hello@prezziepop.com.

8. Availability & Changes

We aim to keep PrezziePop available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update features, fix bugs, or modify the Service at any time. If we make material changes to these Terms, we will notify you via email or in-app notification.

9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days, except where we are required by law to retain it.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, PrezziePop is provided “as is”. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of New South Wales.
