PrezziePop Party Challenge — Terms & Conditions

Please read these terms and conditions (“Terms”) carefully before entering the PrezziePop Party Challenge (the “Promotion”). By submitting an entry you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Promotion Name

The promotion is called the PrezziePop Party Challenge.

2. Promoter

The Promotion is run by PrezziePop (“we”, “us”, “our”, “PrezziePop”). For any enquiries relating to this Promotion, contact us at contest@prezziepop.com.

3. Eligibility

To be eligible to enter, you must:

• Be an Australian resident at the time of entry;
• Be aged 18 years or older;
• Hold a valid, active PrezziePop account; and
• Comply with all entry requirements set out in clause 4.

Employees and contractors of PrezziePop, and their immediate family members, are not eligible to enter. Only one entry per party is permitted. A person may only win once, regardless of the number of eligible parties they create.

4. Entry Requirements

To submit a valid entry, all four of the following requirements must be met during the entry period (see clause 5):

1. Create a party. Create a new party on PrezziePop on or after 24 March 2026. Parties created before the entry period opens are not eligible.
2. Invite at least 10 guests. Send invitations to a minimum of 10 guests to that party via PrezziePop’s in-app invite tools.
3. Use 3 or more PrezziePop features. Actively use three or more of the following platform features in connection with that party: gift list, RSVPs, thank-yous, gift tracking, contact groups, or any other feature available within PrezziePop.
4. Submit a written response. Complete the in-app submission form by providing a response of 25 words or fewer to the question: “How did PrezziePop make your party easier?” You must also check the marketing consent checkbox on that form. Entries submitted without marketing consent will be ineligible.

5. Entry Period

The Promotion opens at 12:00am AEST on 24 March 2026 and closes at 11:59pm AEST on 15 May 2026 (the “Entry Period”). Entries received outside this period will not be considered. PrezziePop’s server timestamp is the definitive record of when an entry was submitted.

6. Judging

This Promotion is a game of skill. All valid entries will be judged by PrezziePop after the Entry Period closes. Entries will be assessed against the following criteria:

• Clarity — Does the response clearly communicate a real, tangible benefit experienced by the entrant?
• Specificity — Does the response reference a specific situation, feature, or outcome rather than a general statement?
• Authenticity — Does the response sound like the genuine experience of a real person using PrezziePop?

The judge’s decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into regarding the outcome of judging.

7. Prize

One (1) prize will be awarded. The prize is:

• A$500 cash, paid by bank transfer or PayPal, at PrezziePop’s discretion, within 14 days of the winner confirming their prize acceptance and providing valid payment details.

The prize is not transferable to another person and may not be substituted for any other prize or benefit. If the winning entrant cannot be contacted, fails to respond, or declines the prize within 14 days of our first notification attempt, PrezziePop reserves the right to select a new winner from the remaining eligible entries.

8. Winner Announcement

The winner will be announced on or around 22 May 2026 via PrezziePop’s social media channels. The winner will also be contacted directly using the contact details associated with their PrezziePop account. PrezziePop may publish the winner’s first name and state of residence.

9. Intellectual Property Licence

By submitting an entry and checking the marketing consent checkbox, you grant PrezziePop a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable licence to reproduce, publish, adapt, and otherwise use your submission text (in full or in part) in PrezziePop’s marketing and promotional materials, across any medium or channel, with or without attribution to you, at PrezziePop’s sole discretion. You warrant that your submission is your original work and does not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party.

10. Privacy

Personal information collected through this Promotion will be handled in accordance with the PrezziePop Privacy Policy, available at prezziepop.com/privacy. By entering, you consent to PrezziePop collecting, storing, and using your personal information for the purposes of administering the Promotion, including contacting you if you are selected as the winner. Where you have provided marketing consent, your information may also be used to send you marketing communications, which you may opt out of at any time.

11. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy conferred by the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 to the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)) or any other applicable law that cannot be excluded, restricted, or modified by agreement.

12. Not a Lottery

This Promotion is a game of skill. Chance plays no part in determining the winner. No lottery, trade promotion, or gaming permit is required under applicable Australian law.

13. Promoter’s Rights

PrezziePop reserves the right, at its reasonable discretion, to cancel, modify, suspend, or extend the Promotion (including the Entry Period or prize) where this becomes necessary due to circumstances outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to technical failures, regulatory changes, or events of force majeure. Where practicable, PrezziePop will provide reasonable notice of any such change via its website or social media channels.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. By entering the Promotion, entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales for the resolution of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Promotion.
